By submitting content (texts, images, videos, etc.) via the membership form, the Chef grants Guide MyTable a non-exclusive, free and transferable right to use, reproduce and distribute this content as part of the promotion of the Guide MyTable website and social networks. The sole purpose of this use is to promote the services offered by the platform and the registered chefs.

4. Liability
Guide MyTable makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published, but cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions, or for any use that may be made thereof.

5 Limitation of liability

Guide MyTable acts solely as a platform for connecting customers with the private chefs listed on the site. We are neither employers nor providers of culinary services, and we do not intervene in the execution of services.

Consequently, Guide MyTable cannot be held responsible:

  • The quality, conformity or execution of services provided by private chefs.

  • Any dispute, damage or loss arising from the relationship between the customer and the private chef.

  • Commitments made by private chefs regarding menus, schedules or any other service conditions.

Any complaint concerning a service must be addressed directly to the private chef concerned.
