At Guide MyTable, we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, how we use cookies, and how to exercise your rights.
1. Data controller
The data controller is GUIDE MYTABLE SAS. Its full contact details can be found in our Legal notice. For any questions about your data, please write to us at contact@guidemytable.fr.
2. Data we collect
Customers
- Booking information: name, first name, email, phone number, address of the event, number of guests, preferences and dietary requirements.
- Payment details: Amount, date and status of the transaction. The bank card data is processed directly by our payment provider [name of the provider]. We never have access to it.
Chefs
- Information submitted via the membership form: Identity, contact details, texts, photos and presentation videos, RC Pro insurance certificate.
- Bank details necessary for the reimbursement of benefits.
All visitors
- Navigation data collected by cookies, according to your choices (see the section 7. Cookies).
3. Why we use your data, and on what legal basis

4. Who has access to your data
- The Guide MyTable team.
- The reserved chef: he receives only the information necessary for the provision of the service.
- Our technical partners: Our hosting provider Hostinger, our payment provider WPForms, Cloudflare, and Google if you have accepted the corresponding cookies.
Some providers may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by guarantees in accordance with the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses). We never sell your data.
5. Shelf life
- Unfinished booking requests: 1 year.
- Customer data: during the duration of the relationship, then 3 years from the last contact.
- Key data: for the duration of the registration, then 3 years.
- Accounting records and transactions: 10 years (legal obligation).
- Cookies: see the durations indicated in the tables in Part 7.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and transfer your data. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@guidemytable.fr. We will respond to you within one month. If you believe that your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL.
