These Terms and Conditions define the rules governing use of the Guide MyTable site and the rights and obligations of users.

Access to the site is free of charge. Users must provide accurate information when booking.

3. Service regulations
Guide MyTable is a platform that connects customers with private chefs. We are not responsible for the quality of the services provided by the chefs.

4. Liability
The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law and may not hold Guide MyTable liable for any misuse.

Guide MyTable acts solely as a platform for connecting customers with the private chefs listed on the site. We are neither employers nor providers of culinary services, and we do not intervene in the execution of services.

Consequently, Guide MyTable cannot be held responsible:

• The quality, conformity or execution of services provided by private chefs.

• Any dispute, damage or loss arising from the relationship between the customer and the private chef.

• Commitments made by private chefs regarding menus, schedules or any other service conditions.

Any complaint concerning a service must be addressed directly to the private chef concerned.
