MyTable Guide membership form

By submitting your membership application to the Private Chef Guide (hereinafter «MyTable Guide»), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. PURPOSE

The MyTable Guide lists private chefs in France to put customers in touch with professionals in private gastronomy.

2. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

To be listed on the MyTable Guide, you must :

Be a private chef operating legally in France.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Offer quality services that meet the commitments made to your customers.
The Guide reserves the right to refuse or remove a profile that does not comply with these conditions.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PRIVATE MANAGER

By registering, you agree to :

-Comply with current legislation (hygiene, taxation, etc.).
-Guarantee customer satisfaction and safety.
-Update your availability and offers on request.
-Respond to reservation requests within a reasonable time: in the absence of a response from you within 24 hours of receiving a reservation request, the MyTable Guide reserves the right to inform the customer that you are declining the current proposal and to redirect them to other Chefs available for their event. .
-Do not use the Guide to promote unauthorized services.
4. COMMISSION AND PAYMENT

4.1.Self-billing and collection of services
For reservations made via Guide MyTable, Guide MyTable acts as an intermediary between the private chef and the end customer.

By confirming their membership of Guide MyTable and ticking the appropriate box when registering, private chefs expressly authorise Guide MyTable to issue, in their name and on their behalf, invoices for services provided to customers connected via Guide MyTable, in accordance with the self-billing mechanism provided for in Article 289 I-2 of the French General Tax Code.

Invoices issued in this context must explicitly state that they have been issued by a third party on behalf of the service provider («Invoice issued by MyTable on behalf of the service provider - Self-billing») and must be sent to the private chef electronically.

The private chef acknowledges that he/she retains full responsibility for his/her tax and social security obligations, particularly in terms of declaring sales, VAT where applicable, and social security contributions. They undertake to check the accuracy of the information given on invoices issued on their behalf, and to report any discrepancies without delay.

This self-billing authorization is granted for the entire duration of membership of the MyTable Guide. It may be revoked at any time by written request to contact@guidemytable.fr, without retroactive effect on services already rendered or currently being processed.

4.2 Payment to the chef
For each reservation made via the Guide, a commission of 15 % excl. tax is applied to the total amount of the service.
This commission is automatically deducted before payment is made to the private chef.
Terms of payment
Payment to the private chef is made by bank transfer.
Payment is made within 7 working days of the service.
The private chef must provide valid payment information to receive payment.

5. GUIDE POLICY
5.1. Cancellation and refund
Cancellation by the customer: In the event of cancellation by the customer, charges may apply depending on the cancellation period.
Cancellation by the private chef: In the event of cancellation by the chef after confirmation, he/she must notify the customer and the guide immediately. Penalties may apply for repeated cancellations.
Reimbursement: Refund terms are defined on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation. The Guide's commission may be retained if cancellation occurs after firm validation.
5.2 Dispute management
The Guide does not intervene directly in disputes between private chefs and customers. However, mediation can be offered if necessary.
Private chefs must show good faith and seek an amicable solution in the event of a disagreement with a customer.
5.3. Profile modifications
The private chef may request changes to his or her profile at any time via the contact form on the MyTable website or at the following e-mail address: contact@guidemytable.fr
Le Guide reserves the right to modify or delete any content that does not conform to its image or editorial line.
6. GUIDE'S ROLE

The Guide acts as a technical and financial intermediary, but does not guarantee reservations or the quality of services. It is not responsible for disputes between a chef and a customer.

7. USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The information you provide will only be used to reference your profile and facilitate contact. It will not be sold to third parties.

8. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

The Guide may modify these conditions at any time and will notify the chefs listed. You may request the deletion of your profile.
