At the age of 31, Margot left the world of culture where she had worked as a’director, to join us in the kitchen. It's in the kitchens of restaurant Crème, bistronomic address in the 18ᵉ arrondissement of Paris, that it takes shape as game leader, A close-up view of products, gestures and teams.
But this reconversion doesn't stop there: Margot is also taking evening classes at École hôtelière Guillaume Tirel, where she explores the patisserie, l’oenology and the mixology. Three disciplines that refine his palate and nurture his culinary sensibility.

Since July 2024, Margot Beck Pinault is a private chef. She creates culinary experiences for both private and corporate clients, with a strong ethical focus:
