Lucas completed his training at the Golf Hôtel high school in Hyères and then specialized in plated desserts at the Anne-Sophie Pic high school in Toulon. His career has led him to work in several prestigious establishments, including the Plaza Athénée in Paris, the hotels of Monaco, as well as Michelin-starred restaurants in Provence and on the French Riviera. After working at La Villa La Coste and L'Île Rousse in Bandol, and currently as a private chef in the region, he develops refined cuisine, driven by particular attention to products and flavors.
